The Government of Northwest Territories has contracted with two world class companies to provide independent expert advice on the design and construction of the Deh Cho Bridge project.

 

BPTEC-DNW Engineering Ltd. is an Edmonton-based consulting engineering firm specializing in bridge and structural engineering services throughout western Canada and the Northwest Territories. The company has 45 years of experience in the engineering of bridges, buildings, industrial structures, and the structural steel industry.

T.Y. Lin International is a bridge design engineering firm with more than 50 years of experience. The company specializes in the design and construction of efficient and economical bridges that are unique for every landscape. T.Y. Lin has been involved in the design and/or construction of half of the long-span cable-stayed bridges in North America, and is therefore experienced and knowledgeable about cable stay designs such as the one employed for the Deh Cho Bridge.
