Ruskin Construction Ltd. (RCL) has been involved in the Deh Cho Bridge project from the beginning, first as a sub-contractor to Atcon Construction in Phase I, and now as the Prime Contractor for the remainder of the project.

RCL is a privately held construction company that specializes in Bridges, Foundations, Marine, Railway, Aerial Pipeline and Heavy Civil construction services.

The company has been in business since 1989. It has more than 200 qualified personnel delivering construction services and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering technically challenging projects. Ruskin has never failed in its history of constructing challenging projects.
